Consent to the Provision of Personal Data

1. By this, you give consent to the company XIN RONG INTERNATIONAL spol. s r.o., with its registered office at Charvátova 1988/3, 110 00 Prague 1–Nové Město, ID No.: 25677519, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, Insert 60397 (hereinafter the “Controller”), to process, in accordance with Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on the Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter the “Personal Data Protection Act”), the following personal data:

• first and last name, or company name
• residence (street, house number, city, postal code, country) or registered office
• email
• telephone number
• purchase history
• history of visited pages on the website
• IP address of the order source

2. The first name, last name, company name, residence, telephone number, email, browsing history, and order history must be processed for the purpose of concluding/fulfilling a contract, sending notifications and announcements regarding a business case, sending marketing communications of the Controller, providing discount coupons, and optimizing online content. These data will be processed by the Controller until an objection to such processing is expressed, but no later than for the duration of the company’s existence.

4. The processing of personal data is carried out by the Controller; however, the personal data may also be processed for the Controller by the following processors:

• Provider of the e-shop solution Webmex s.r.o., provider of the cash register system Dotykačka ČR s.r.o.
• Google (US), Facebook, Inc. (US) – analysis of website behavior, online advertising on Adwords and Facebook Ads
• Other providers of processing software, services, and applications that the company does not currently use.

5. Please note that under the Personal Data Protection Act, you have the right to:

• withdraw consent at any time,
• request information from us about what personal data of yours we process,
• request an explanation from us regarding the processing of personal data,
• request access to this data from us and have it updated or corrected,
• request deletion of this personal data,
• in case of doubts about compliance with obligations related to the processing of personal data, contact us or the Office for Personal Data Protection.

6. Only in the case of delivery of goods to the buyer, or to a collection point, does the seller reserve the right to provide the necessary contact details of the buyer to the shipping company or collection point to which the goods are to be delivered.

7. By concluding the contract, the business buyer agrees to the retention by the seller of all documents and information that the seller is required to retain under Act No. 563/1991 Coll., on Accounting, as amended, as well as related regulations.
