“White King” – Jasmine teas are produced across many Chinese provinces and are particularly popular in the northern regions. The tea leaves can either be dried together with jasmine flowers, absorbing their fragrance, or have fresh jasmine blossoms added directly. This gives the tea a distinct jasmine aroma while still preserving its original flavor. Jasmine teas are generally light and pleasant.
“White King” itself is already a high-quality green tea with abundant hairy buds, but the addition of jasmine flowers enhances its quality even further.
The tea in our selection was scented with fresh autumn jasmine at a 4:1 ratio—meaning 4 kg of jasmine flowers were used for every 1 kg of tea.
