A meticulously processed pu-erh produced from the 2006 harvest.
The tea’s aroma is rich and fresh, reminiscent of sweet Chinese dates and ripe fruit (Zao Xiang). The liquor is full-bodied and flavorful, with naturally sweet notes ranging from nutty to chocolatey.
This tea shows no signs of mustiness, astringency, or smokiness, which are typical of young and especially poorly processed dark pu-erhs.
