Pi Lei Xiang

Pi Lei Xiang is one of the lighter, less-roasted Phoenix oolongs in our selection. The infusion is orange in color, with a sweet fruity aroma and a hint of bitterness. Its taste is fresh, sweet, delicate and juicy, with a clean fruity character, a long-lasting sweetness in the aftertaste, and a pleasantly stimulating effect. The tea easily endures more than 12 infusions. This tea comes from a select small-batch production in the higher elevations of Wu Dong Shan.
