Shou Mei, also known in the Czech Republic as "Eyebrow of Longevity," is a basic grade of white tea.
Large yellow-green to light-brown leaves, richly hairy, among which a few thick tips can be found. The infusion is deep orange-yellow in color, with the typical aroma and taste of white teas – lightly herbal, floral to fruity, with a pronounced aftertaste. This is complemented by a citrus-fresh character of tangerine.
