Carefully hand-picked and processed Chinese green tea made from the first spring flush, consisting only of tender buds with a single young leaf. It belongs to the category Ming Qian Cha – 明前茶, the most highly valued early spring harvests, picked before the Qing Ming Festival – 清明 (early April), when the finest tea leaves emerge.
Once brewed, the tea develops a gently sweet, herbal-floral profile. The taste is full, smooth, and rounded on the palate with a long, lightly spiced aftertaste.
