Immerse yourself in the secrets of wild Chinese nature with the rare Wild Mountain Yun Cong oolong, born in the heart of the Shennongjia National Forest Park in western Hubei Province. This protected UNESCO Biosphere Reserve, nicknamed the "Roof of Central China," hides a global ecological jewel.

The old tea trees here do not grow on conventional plantations. They live in absolute symbiosis with the primeval forest at altitudes above 700 meters, thriving alongside rhododendrons, mosses, and alpine vegetation.

The stony soil of weathered granite, year-round dense mists, and dramatic temperature differences between day and night have imprinted this tea with a fascinating, concentrated terroir aroma and an untamed "mountain character" (shan yun)

Harvesting is done strictly by hand only once a year in early spring, selecting exclusively the highest standard of one bud with one to two leaves.

This high-mountain oolong enchants with its bright, crystal-clear liquor of a vibrant orange-yellow color. Upon pouring hot water, a complex, multi-layered symphony of aromas unfolds, featuring sweet fruits, ripe plums, and flowers.

On the palate, the liquor is remarkably full, silky smooth, and velvety. A fleeting initial flash of subtle bitterness is instantly replaced by intense salivation and a deep, captivating sweetness.

Yun Cong is a pure, wild experience completely free of any astringency—the essence of rocks, forest, and clouds created for the most demanding tea connoisseurs.
