This tea is crafted from leaves sourced from sustainable tea gardens in the high-mountain regions of Pu'er, Yunnan, using the nationally renowned superior tea cultivar—Yunkang No. 10. Known for its intense aroma, rich flavor, andrich in inherent substances, this variety serves as an excellent foundation for producing high-quality teas.

Only the finest tender leaves, strictly selected according to the one-bud-one-leaf standardare used. This ensures afreshness and briskness, rich nutritional content, and an elegant appearance in the finished products.

The tea is meticulously processed using the traditional yellow teaby yellowing. Through amoist-heatpiling process (controlled piling under moist-heat conditions),polyphenols are partially oxidized and chlorophyll is degraded, resulting in the characteristic“yellow leaves and yellow liquor”and a unique flavor profile that is mellower and sweeter than green tea.
